June 27 (Bloomberg) -- In North Dakota, they've got a modern day gold rush on their hands, though this time it's black gold and it's creating thousands of jobs. While unemployment hovers around 8.3 percent in the U.S. Williston’s unemployment rate is less than 1 percent. Bloomberg's Carole Zimmer has our story.
