June 1 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Margaret Conley tours an abandoned quarry in suburban Shanghai where the Shimao InterContinental Hotel will be built. Designed by the firm Atkins, the resort will feature a subterranean luxury hotel with an underwater restaurant and a platform for bungee jumping. (Source: Bloomberg)
