June 1 (Bloomberg) -- Jan Perry, a Los Angeles City council member, who is running for mayor next year, talks about the possibility voters will favor a tax plan proposed by Molly Munger, the daughter of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.’s vice chairman, Charles Munger, because the added revenue in the Munger plan targets education. Munger and California Governor Jerry Brown have proposed competing tax plans. State Treasurer Bill Lockyer said voters could approve both initiatives on the November ballot, forcing the state to integrate the two. Perry Spoke with Bloomberg News yesterday in Los Angeles.
