May 9 (Bloomberg) -- Protesters rallied outside Bank of America Corp.'s headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, where the company held its annual meeting. Flanked by police, marchers chanted, banged on drums and carried banners as a mock boxing match was staged between a man portraying Brian Moynihan, the bank's chief executive officer, and a representative of the “99 percent” of people who aren’t in the wealthiest tier of Americans.
