Fannie Mae Posts $2.7B Profit, Won't Seek Aid Play

May 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Peter Cook reports that Fannie Mae, the biggest backer of U.S. home loans, said it won’t seek Treasury Department aid after reporting net income of $2.7 billion for the first quarter. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
