April 20 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Sara Eisen reports that governments are leaning toward committing more than $400 billion in fresh funding for the International Monetary Fund, nearly doubling the fund's lending capacity to help it protect the world economy against more debt turmoil in Europe.
