April 18 (Bloomberg) -- Eswar Prasad, professor of trade policy at Cornell University and a former official at the International Monetary Fund, talks about the global economy and central banks' monetary policies. The IMF yesterday raised its global growth forecast for the first time in more than a year, with the U.S. boosting the outlook while recent improvements remain "very fragile."
