April 11 (Bloomberg) -- Robert Kuhn, chairman of The Kuhn Foundation and author of "How China's Leaders Think," talks about the suspension of Bo Xilai, the former top official in the Chinese municipality of Chongqing, and its implications for Chinese politics. Bo was suspended from his Communist Party posts after an investigation led to his wife being arrested on suspicion of murdering a U.K. citizen.
