April 9 (Bloomberg) -- Barbara Booth, McDonald's Corp.'s director of sensory science, talks about the company's semi-annual French Fry Evaluation, a competition between McCain Foods Ltd., ConAgra Foods Inc.'s Lamb Weston, and J.R. Simplot Co. to cook perfect versions of McDonald's French fries.
