SEC Examines Private-Share Trading, Crackdown Looms Play

March 13 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Sheila Dharmarajan reports that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is preparing sanctions against Felix Investments LLC over trading of private-company shares, the first action to emerge from a broad investigation of transactions involving non-public startups, two people with knowledge of the matter said. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Inside Track."
