Japan Companies in Quake-Hit Zones Face Challenges Play

March 9 (Bloomberg) -- Almost one year after a magnitude 9 earthquake, tsunami and ensuing nuclear crisis stuck Japan's north-eastern region, companies rebuilding in the area face continued challenges. Kirin Holdings Co. Ltd. and Toyota Motor Co. are among firms that have resumed their operations, but they now must deal with a slowing economy, strong yen, and possible power shortages. Bloomberg's Zeb Eckert reports from Sendai, the closest major city to the quake's epicenter. (Source: Bloomberg)
