Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Ann Johnston, mayor of Stockton, California, talks with Bloomberg's Alison Vekshin about the city's fiscal challenges and possibility that it may file for bankruptcy. Stockton, 75 miles east of the Golden Gate Bridge, is trying to sidestep the fate of Vallejo, its neighbor a 90-minute drive away, which in 2008 became the biggest California city at the time to file for bankruptcy.(Source: Bloomberg)
