U.S. Tax Overhaul Before 2013 Unlikely, Walker Says Play

Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- David Walker, chief executive officer of Comeback America Initiative and a former U.S. comptroller general, talks about the Obama administration's expected plan to lower the U.S. corporate tax rate. The administration will propose today reducing the corporate tax rate to 28 percent from 35 percent along with removing tax breaks for companies to help offset lost revenue, an administration official said.
