IPad Helps Serve British Airways's Passenger Needs Play

Feb. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Daljit Kaur, a stewardess at International Consolidated Airlines Group SA's British Airways unit, talks about using an Apple Inc. iPad in her day-to-day work. The flight attendant is one of 1,200 cabin crew that have already been handed an iPad by the airline in a move aimed at improving the carrier's customer service.
