Schulz Says ECB Measures May Not Solve Debt Crisis Play

Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Christian Schulz, a senior economist at Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co., talks about possible action by the European Central Bank in the sovereign-debt crisis. The ECB may announce a range of measures tomorrow to stimulate bank lending, according to three euro-area officials with knowledge of policy makers’ deliberations.
