Cameco CEO Sees Nuclear Power Demand in China Play

Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Tim Gitzel, chief executive officer of Cameco Corp., says nuclear power demand is growing in Asia and especially China. Cameco, the world's largest uranium producer, produced 22.8 million pounds of U308, a tradable form of uranium, in 2010 and plans to raise annual output to 40 million pounds by 2018.
