Fiat Shuts Plant as European Car Demand Set to Fall Play

Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- For the first time since before the 2008 financial crisis, a European automaker will close down a production plant in its own country. Fiat SpA will close its Termini Imerese factory in Sicily, where the Lancia Ypsilon was made, at the end of the year.
