Next Two Quarters May Be Difficult, Danske CEO Says Play

Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Straarup, chief executive officer of Danske Bank AS, discusses the impact of the sovereign-debt crisis on the financial industry. Denmark’s largest lender said it will cut 2,000 jobs to survive a tougher operating climate after it reported its first quarterly loss since the height of the crisis more than two years ago.
