Sept. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Moody’s Investors Service downgraded the long-term deposit and senior debt ratings of eight Greek banks by two levels. All of the banks’ long-term deposit and debt ratings carry a negative outlook. Linzie Janis and Mark Barton report on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown."
