Sept. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Alfred Broaddus, former president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Diane Swonk, chief economist at Mesirow Financial Holdings Inc., and Scott Wren, senior equity strategist at Wells Fargo Advisors LLC, offer their views on today's Federal Open Market Committee decision to replace much of the short-term debt in the Fed's portfolio with longer-term Treasuries.
