Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Guma el-Gamaty, U.K. representative for the Libyan National Transitional Council, discusses efforts to bring about the peaceful surrender of towns held by forces loyal to Muammar Qaddafi. The NTC is in talks with tribal elders for their forces to enter Qaddafi's hometown of Sirte and the loyalist-held towns of Bani Walid and Sabha.
