Sept. 6 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Senator Thomas Carper, a Delaware Democrat, talks about legislation he is sponsoring to stabilize the finances of the U.S. Postal Service.
The Postal Service may lose $10 billion in the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, more than it had predicted, as mail volume continues to drop, Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe said at a Senate hearing. Carper speaks with Pimm Fox on Bloomberg Television's "Taking Stock." (Source: Bloomberg)
