Sept. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Wiegandt, president of Dell Inc.'s Latin America business, discusses the company's efforts to take advantage of Hewlett-Packard Co.'s plans to exit the personal computer business by making a sales pitch to HP's clients.
