Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Neil Barofsky, former special inspector general for the Troubled Asset Relief Program and a Bloomberg Television contributing editor, talks about a New York Times report that says the Federal Housing Finance Agency will file a lawsuit against more than a dozen large banks for misrepresenting the quality of mortgage securities sold at the height of the housing bubble.
