Sept. 1 (Bloomberg) -- John Ryding, chief economist at RDQ Economics LLC, discusses U.S. jobless claims and productivity data released today and the outlook for the economy.
Applications for U.S. unemployment benefits fell by 12,000 to 409,000 in the week ended Aug. 27, Labor Department figures showed. Ryding, speaking with Betty Liu and Michael McKee on Bloomberg Television's "In the Loop," also talks about Federal Reserve monetary policy.
