Aug. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Daniel Horwitz, a partner at Lankler & Carragher LLP, discusses the move by the Manhattan prosecutor's office to drop charges against former International Monetary Fund managing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who was accused of sexually assaulting a hotel maid in New York.
