Aug. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Todd Bradley, executive vice president of the personal systems group at Hewlett-Packard Co., talks about the outlook for the company's personal-computer division, its profitability and the China market. Hewlett-Packard announced last week that it may spin off or sell its PC unit. Bradley speaks with Emily Chang and Cory Johnson on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg West."
