Attorney Says Strauss-Kahn Case to Be Dismissed Play

Aug. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Douglas Burns, a formal federal prosecutor, talks about the chances a judge today will dismiss sexual assault charges against former International Monetary Fund Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. filed a motion yesterday seeking dismissal of the charges, saying Strauss-Kahn's accuser, housekeeper Nafissatou Diallo, made numerous false statements and gave prosecutors and a grand jury “irreconcilable accounts” about events immediately after the encounter. Burns speaks with Deirdre Bolton and Erik Schatzker on Bloomberg Television's "InsideTrack." (Source: Bloomberg)
