Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Matt Shotwell, founder of Greenwell Cooperative, a medical marijuana dispensary in Vallejo, California, talks with Bloomberg's Alison Vekshin about the rise in the number of dispensaries in the town and his desire for the city to tax and regulate his business. Vallejo, which doesn't have local laws controlling medical marijuana dispensaries, has seen an influx of about 20 such businesses, according to a city estimate. (Source: Bloomberg)
