Aug. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Charles Lieberman, chief investment officer at Advisors Capital Management LLC, talks about today's global rout in equities. The Standard & Poor's 500 tumbled 4.8 percent to 1,200.07 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average plunges 512.76 points to 11,383.68.
