Aug. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Christopher Low, chief economist at FTN Financial, discusses U.S. weekly jobless claims data, the outlook for the nation's economy and the European Central Bank's decision to keep interest rates unchanged.
Applications for jobless benefits decreased 1,000 in the week ended July 30 to 400,000, the fewest in almost four months, the Labor Department said today in Washington.
