Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Christian Gattiker, head of research at Bank Julius Baer & Co., talks about the Swiss National Bank's decision to cut interest rates to curb currency gains. The SNB lowered its target for the three-month Libor to "as close to zero as possible" from 0.25 percent.
