Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Mohamed El-Erian, chief executive officer at Pacific Investment Management Co., talks about the prospects for a Standard & Poor's downgrade of U.S. government debt. El-Erian said S&P will downgrade the U.S. if the credit-rating company sticks to what it outlined last month.
