Aug. 2 (Bloomberg) -- James O'Sullivan, chief economist at MF Global Inc., talks about U.S. consumer spending data for June and the outlook for the economy. Purchases unexpectedly declined by 0.2 percent in June, the first time in almost two years, Commerce Department figures showed today in Washington.
