Duke Energy CEO on Profit, Outlook Play

Aug. 2 (Bloomberg) -- James Rogers, chief executive officer of Duke Energy Corp., talks about the company's second-quarter profit and forecast. Duke, which is buying Progress Energy Inc. to become the largest U.S. utility owner, said net income was $435 million, or 33 cents a share.
