May 24 (Bloomberg) -- Helena Morrissey, chief executive officer for Newton Investment Management Ltd. and founder of the 30 Percent Club, talks about her efforts to increase the presence of women in executive positions of financial institutions. At 45, Morrissey remains one of the few female CEOs in London's financial district.
