April 19 (Bloomberg) -- Brad Hunter, chief economist and national director of consulting at Metrostudy, discusses the outlook for the U.S. housing market. Housing starts gained in March, as work began on 549,000 houses at an annual pace, up 7.2 percent from the prior month, figures from the Commerce Department showed today in Washington.
