Bloomberg's Drucker on Ways Billionaires Avoid Taxes Play

April 8 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg reporter Jesse Drucker discusses ways U.S. billionaires reduce their tax rate. He talks with Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Television's "Bottom Line." (Source: Bloomberg)
