April 1 (Bloomberg) -- Christina Romer, former chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers, discusses the U.S. March jobs report released today.
Payrolls increased by 216,000 workers last month, more than forecast, after a revised 194,000 gain the prior month, according to a Labor Department report today.
