The State of Education

Every year the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development) weighs in on the global state of education. This year’s report once again underscores the economic benefits of investing in education: Better educated citizens earn more, are less likely to require government handouts, and pay more in taxes—a virtuous cycle.
