Microsoft Security Essentials Update: Beta Now Closed

Posted by: Stephen Wildstrom on September 10, 2009

A good news, bad news update on Microsoft Security Essentials, which I wrote about in my current Tech & You column. The bad news is that the public beta test is now closed, so the download link I gave won’t work. The good news is that the closing of a beta is generally a sign that release of a finished product is, if not imminent, at least in sight.

Seriously, is there no spell check on this site? Look at the headline! You're missing an "O"!
