A Rocky Start for Measurement Lab

Posted by: Stephen Wildstrom on January 29, 2009

mlab.JPGOn Wednesday, Google, the new America Foundation, and
the PlanetLab Conortium announced Measurement Lab, a set of tools designed to help you figure out if someone, such as a network nutrality-violating ISP, is messing with your Internet connection.

I tried a number of times to use the tools, but never succeeded, getting an assortment of error messages or running into queue of testers ahead of me that never got shorter. And today when I tried again, I got the error message shown above (in Google Chrome.) Looks like it’s back to the lab for Measurement Lab.
