I use the mobile Web on a Blackberry that my company provides me. Usually I look up restaurants and places I'm going to when I'm on the road. I often go to the New York Times mobile site at for news. Another great site is, which I use for searches and most of my browsing when I'm going to non-mobile websites. I owned my Blackberry for about a year before I used the browser for the first time, but now that I know how, I use it every single day.

I use the HTC tilt windows mobile device alot to browse. Google really has it down for me. I use Gmail, Maps and search all on Google. I also use a web app called logmein to remote control my home PC and servers over the web via the mobile web. My whole office is now my phone. I can be working out in St.Louis 24fitness and reboot a server in Japan with my phone. It's a great time for technology.

The maps and weather functions are pretty helpful while on the road or just on a walk in a new neighborhood. Finally, I can log onto a couple of blogs (especially Rex Parker's at
just as soon as I finish the New York Times crossword puzzle to check out my solution and compare notes with other NYT crossword fanatics.
