I am an Ampd user and also a dealer that sells Ampd in my stores. I am so disgusted with this company, from not being able to get product to sell, to waiting an hour and a hald on line for customer service for my personal phone issues. The product is successful and I love my phone yet the company seriously sucks. It is managed poorly and has not spent its monies wisely.

I have Ampd THe phone is great but the service and customer service is horrible. I still dont know how to use the phone completly and there is no help service @ all.

Im a ampd user and when i bought my phone i got a $100 mail in rebate and sent it off march 2007 and haven't received it yet. Lousy customer service.

AMP'd is horrid, I hope someone better focused on customer service buys them out and revamp's everything. There customer service closes at 6 p.m. pacific time, not to mention they take over 2 hours to answers calls to the customer service line, and they wonder why people just don't pay their bills. I got so sick of trying to get ahold of a rep, I just gave up on them!
