Froogle No More

Realizing that a pun does not a good brand make, Google has rechristened its shopping search service Google Product Search. I guess no one can be unclear about what that is. (Soon to come: a nondairy creamer called Google White Liquid Substance.) Danny Sullivan has all the details. Hard to tell yet, though, whether this, along with the cleaner design, will help make Google’s product search more of a success than Froogle.
