Legislative Changes to Grokster Ruling? Not a Chance

Stanford law professor Larry Lessig told BusinessWeek last week that he thought Congress would have been a better body than the U.S. Supreme Court to decide the issues in the MGM v. Grokster file-sharing case. But it looks from stories on CNET’s News.com like many on Capitol Hill feel the same as the Supremes. That appears to put the final nail in the coffin of any legislative effort to change the decision.
