Now a word from our international friends about the recent Supreme Court ruling on file sharing. Ben Hammersley reminds us that we Americans are forgetting the clause in the U.S.
He writes: “Filesharing applications are now liable to new legal contraints. Yes. In the the US.”
“Declaring filesharing illegal across the net because it’s illegal in the US is like declaring the Web broken because it’s censored in China.” Via gaping void.
