Interesting take at The Pomo Blog on why the portals shouldn’t give in to advertisers who want to run standard TV-length spots online.

The portals should be in the drivers seat , as the young video advertising market develops, thanks to the bounding demand from traditional marketers. The last thing anyone should do is quash this growing market with greed.
