News Corp.-Liberty swap: "On Murdoch's desk"

One industry source says the swap of Liberty Media's stake in News Corp. for News Corp.'s stake in DirecTV is all but done. "It's on Murdoch's desk," the source says. An announcement, while possible as soon as Monday, is likely to take somewhat longer to complete, given the complexity of the details.
