Thought for the day: Oracle Corp.'s acquisition of Siebel Systems Inc. closed last Tuesday, and as of that date, Siebel was one of only 12 U.S. companies to deliver earnings per share that grew at a 10-year compound annual rate above 60%. Not bad.
